JAMES E. HANLEY, P.E. – PRESIDENT
Jim Hanley, founder and President of Civil Design Consultants, Inc., has spent his career in the Civil Engineering profession. His expertise in the field has led to the successful design, permitting, and construction of several large scale residential and commercial developments across New England. These projects have provided him with an extensive background in roadway & site design, stormwater management, and local, state, and federal permitting.
Jim has a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts & New Hampshire and Maine.
